Project Car: SC/302 - Engine Bay Cleanup

Looking Good!

There are a few simple ways to freshen up your engine bay. First you'll want to find a theme. My engine bay theme is black/sliver, with a slight hint of blue. Since I'm in the middle of tearing down my engine, I have all my brackets and accessories off of my car. I decided that I would sand them all down and put a fresh coat of paint on everything. I used an aluminum colored and black Rustoleum paint for this project. Here's how everything turned out.

Project Car: "SC/302"

Meet Angel, my 1991 Ford Mustang LX project car "SC/302". She's basically stock with a 5.0L V8 and 4.10 gears. I was having some fun and blew a head gasket. So in preparation for a new Kenne Bell supercharger I am tearing down the engine for a complete rebuild. The plans for now:

FRPP GT40X heads 64cc
FRPP E303 camshaft
70mm throttle body and EGR spacer
347 stroker kit w/ 9.1:1 compression rato-safe for supercharging

I want it to be a fun and fast performance car while still a good daily driver. I call it SC/302 for obvious reasons, let me know what you think of the name!
